How the Program Works...

In 8 video classes of 60 to 90 minutes each, GuruMeher shares with you the concepts of emotional healing that have served so many. Each lesson includes experiential practices, visual tools, and written exercises to download and use. Each lesson is designed to increase self-awareness, uncover and change habitual emotional patterns.

  • You will clarify and break down your reactive patterns that provoke strong emotions and out-of-control reactions as well as the specific things that trigger you. You will be guided through a process to reduce and eventually eliminate and replace these with attitudes, feelings and actions of your choosing.

  • You will come to see "trauma" as adverse experiences that have touched us all and left the residue of reactions and various forms of dysfunction. AND, you will gain Post-Traumatic Growth, the gifts of strength and wisdom from your past.

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and Professional Life Coach and have been teaching and counseling for forty years. My quest for personal healing and clinical experience with clients led to a discovery of the key role of emotions as a natural system of psychological self-healing. Emotional Liberation joins my first book, Senses of the Soul: Emotional Therapy for Strength, Healing and Guidance in providing a simple and effective method to use difficult feelings as tools for personal growth. I continue to teach and coach emotional skills and self-healing with clients and groups as well as training therapists and healing professionals to add this work to their practices.

  • What benefits can I expect?

    Emotions, which are for better or worse ever-present in our lives, will never again be a mystery. You will learn why you feel bad or how to feel better. You will be on a clear path to develop emotional maturity. You will understand the root cause and cure for the things that have upset you for years. Emotions will be a rich source of healthy responses to your world. And if healing old wounds is needed, you will shift your relationship to the past so it becomes a source of wisdom and empowerment.   • What if I don't have any trauma or have severe trauma?

    We all have experienced things in our lives that have limited us in some way. Regardless of whether yours are so small that you dismiss them and don't even consider them to be trauma, or whether they were earth-shattering, this process can dissolve denial, intimidation or overwhelm between you and those adverse experiences; it puts the power back in your hands.

  • Are there videos to watch or is it live with you?

    You have both options! The 8 video classes deliver the main content. They are much more than lectures, combining information with practice, self-inquiry, and projects to explore before proceeding to the next class. Live group coaching is recommended to support your journey of self-discovery and healing. Choose the full Live + Onine course or Self-Study only.

  • How much time will it take?

    It's flexible! The videos average 75 minutes with some additional time suggested for worksheets and reflection. A daily practice using the guided meditations in the video class is highly recommended. Much of your transformation comes from insights as you live your life and see things anew; no extra time required. Add one hour+ weekly for the live coaching option. This can fit a busy schedule while having enough resources to support a full study. As adult learners, we do it our own way!

  • Do I need the book? Is it included?

    I will send you one, included in the tuition. The course is based on the book, so it is recommended as an additional resource. However, everything you need is on the online course platform.

  • Is it worth the money?

    This a very individual question and personal decision. All who have taken the course agree that it is more than worth the investment, especially as compared to living more years of the same old reactions and patterns that usually worsen over time..
